Holyn Nickerson Joins Office Resources as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Marketing

Office Resources is excited to announce the hiring of Holyn Nickerson as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Marketing. With over 20 years of industry experience, Holyn brings an extensive background and wealth of knowledge from her past successes.

In her new role, Holyn will be responsible for driving the firm’s strategic business development initiatives in NYC, Boston, Portland and Portsmouth. She will work with the team to further expand the Office Resources brand across the A&D, Commercial Real Estate, Project Management and General Contracting sectors. Holyn is no stranger to working in competitive and fast paced environments and is thrilled to harness that energy as ORI looks forward to growing their business in all markets. Her enthusiasm and creativity will be valuable as she builds and strengthens relationships in the industry and beyond.

Prior to joining Office Resources, Holyn spent four years as Knoll’s Regional Director in New England where she successfully reinvented the team to bring on new talent, elevate the brand and grow market share across her region. She also served as a Director of Strategic Initiatives for Global Furniture Group, leading a team of over 20 architecture and design representatives across North America. Holyn is heavily involved in a variety of industry associations and most recently was accepted into the CoreNet Leadership 2.0 Program. As a former IIDA NE board member, she served as co-chair for both the Fashion Show and the Business Leaders Breakfast Forum.
