Global architecture, design and planning firm HLW is pleased to announce the addition of Helen Bentley to its London team. Bentley is a passionate leader in interior design and workplace planning, and joins the firm’s global strategy team as Design Strategist with a goal to assist with key components of HLW’s larger design process to enhance the end-user experience. Bentley joined HLW in December.

“Bentley is a great fit for our growing team, and we’re looking forward to the innovative projects to come under her guidance,” said Bronte Turner, Managing Director of HLW. “Helen’s passion and commitment to understanding her client’s vision, brand, and culture is nothing short of inspiring. Her problem-solving skills and research experience will bring forth a fresh approach and perspective to our strategy team.”

Bentley comes to HLW with a strong marketing background, as well as a proven track record of success in the architecture and design industry. Leveraging her diverse experience, Bentley will work alongside HLW’s design team to translate business drivers into interior solutions for a wide range of clients. She will serve as a liaison between client leadership and end-users, aiding with message development, guiding expectations, and overseeing the change management process.

Looking forward, Bentley sees opportunities to redefine the workplace and bring about organizational change. “Design has the power to communicate the values and aspirations of an organization, and I look forward to the opportunity to reinforce that idea through my work at HLW,” says Bentley of her new role. “I am excited to join such a talented, global team and bring our passion for strategy-driven design into more workplaces.”

One of the top five large design practices in London, HLW has an impressive roster of large-scale projects including Capital One’s London and Nottingham offices, Willis Towers Watson, One Docklands, and Booking.com’s headquarters in Amsterdam. The London office is active throughout Great Britain, as well as in Dublin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
