HLW New Jersey on Dec. 4 was honored with  NJBIZ’s Emerging Business 2018 Award. This award program recognizes New Jersey’s most dynamic businesses and business leaders who share a commitment to professional excellence, business growth, and the community.

Kim Sacramone, Principal, Managing Director of HLW New Jersey, single-handedly established the New Jersey office in 2014 to meet the demands of State’s real estate boom. Under her leadership, the N.J. office has grown threefold in just four years!

This year alone, HLW New Jersey has developed over four million square feet of residential and commercial spaces throughout Union, Morris, Mercer, Essex, Hudson, and Middlesex counties, including UPS Innovation Center, Urby, Ellipse, Nokia Bell Labs, and headquarters for financial institutions such Boston Consulting Group and Brown Brothers Harriman. 2019 is gearing up to be even a bigger year.
