After previewing at NeoCon, Hightower officially introduces the Link Collection, delivering unmatched adaptability through lightweight, facility-friendly chairs and desks designed for today’s ever-evolving spaces. From record-breaking stackability—up to 60 chairs high—to thoughtful ergonomic details, Link is built to move.
The Link Collection, consisting of the Link Chair and Link Edu Desk, is the result of Hightower’s partnership with Fornasarig, a fourth-generation, family-owned Italian company with more than 145 years of expertise in seating design and manufacturing. Similar to Hightower, Fornasarig is driven by a commitment to sustainability, durability, and considered design that enhances the way people gather, work, and learn. This shared vision ignited the foundation of the partnership to bring Link to North America.
Designed by Luca Fornasarig, who continues his family’s legacy of innovation with a focus on comfort, adaptability, and responsible materials, Link embodies the best of both brands: timeless design, technical precision, and a future-minded approach to contract furniture. “My design philosophy seeks a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and innovation; blending advanced materials with modern techniques,” he explained.
“Link is a perfect expression of Hightower’s mission to deliver thoughtful, flexible, and sustainable design solutions,” said Jenna Geigerman, President/COO of Hightower. “Our partnership with Fornasarig brings together two family-owned companies that share a passion for innovation and integrity. With Link, we are redefining what’s possible in multipurpose furniture by offering adaptable solutions that fully perform in the spaces where people come together.”

Created to meet the demands of high-use environments, Link provides fluid solutions that support diverse users and maximize efficiency. From classrooms to auditoriums, meeting rooms to reception halls, Link thrives wherever people gather, empowering connection, collaboration, and ease of use. With its record-breaking ability to stack up to 60 chairs high, Link redefines efficiency by eliminating bulky hardware and panels and maximizing capacity in minimal space.
The collection also offers extensive customization options, including seat pads or full upholstery, wood accents, and chrome bases available with or without linking, giving specifiers the flexibility to design for both rows and open layouts. The chairs and desks move fluidly between uses, while every curve and angle is optimized for posture, circulation, and long-term comfort.
The Link Collection also reflects Hightower’s commitment to Considered Solutions, a guiding ethos that blends thoughtful product design with exceptional client experiences, ensuring solutions meet real-world needs. By integrating key factors like sustainability, accessibility, comfort, and durability, Hightower designs products that are both functional and inspiring. Link is a direct extension of this approach, offering adaptable, intuitive seating and desks that respond to diverse user needs while enhancing everyday experiences.
Built with sustainability at the forefront, Link is certified Indoor Advantage Gold, crafted with recycled content, and tested to meet the most rigorous performance standards—including BIFMA X5.41, drop tested, and rated to 400 lbs. Backed by a 10-year warranty and designed for disassembly, repair, and recycling, Link delivers a complete solution that performs today and protects tomorrow.
With a six-week lead time on standard finishes, the Link Collection is ready to deliver thoughtful solutions without long waits.
