There have been numerous team members elevated to VP roles and more than 17 positional changes across the entire organization.
âThese changes illustrate the next chapter for Hightower and our continued evolution and growth,â noted Natalie Hartkopf, Hightower CEO/co-owner. âThe team members moving into VP roles spend time both internally and externally leveraging their expertise in order to build Hightower’s reputation for excellent service, quality, and high-integrity business practices. Overall, these promotions and new positions highlight the positive impact and career depth of each of these wonderful individuals.â
Key appointments include Dr. Kibibi Springs as VP of Workplace Experience, previously Director of Talent & Workplace Experience; Shawn Sowers as VP of Design from Director of Design, a position in which Hightower won numerous industry accolades for product design; Whitney Joly as VP of Marketing after spending four years with the company in marketing leadership, and Ken Sessions, who is now VP of Operations, elevating from Director of Operations, a position he held for three years. Additionally, Adam Merkl has been promoted to Director of Sales from National Sales Manager, and Todd Sizer and Laura Spagnola are now Director of Finance and Director of Accounting, respectively.
âWith proven results in their roles, our promoted staff members are pillars of the Hightower community,â said Jenna Geigerman, newly appointed president/COO. âI am very excited about what we will do as a company with these folks at the helm of their respective teams.â
Hightower is committed to creating lasting change and a positive impact within our communities. Beyond the great products and outstanding service that it will continue to provide, in these roles company leaders will guide Hightower in advancing its missions as a B Corp, a certified Womenâs Business Enterprise, and a responsible manufacturer of transparent, sustainable furniture solutions that meet the needs of a diverse range of users.
