Heller’s Vignelli Collection Gets the Laura Guido-Clark Treatment 🎨

Introducing a Fresh New Color Palette for Vignelli

2025 is looking bright—and colorful—for Heller. Right on the heels of their Worry Free Plastics announcement, the modern design industry leader has expanded the iconic Vignelli Collection with six new colors inspired by nature: Slate, Turquoise, Celadon, Citron, Ochre, and Brown. Designed in collaboration with award-winning designer Laura Guido-Clark, founder of LOVE GOOD COLOR®, the new colors were “created to integrate with the original classic Vignelli collection and were inspired by a soothing and earthier, nature-based palette.” The blend of recycled materials and a tranquil color palette makes the collection highly versatile, ideal for a range of residential, hospitality and office environments, with the same beloved design and durability as the originals.

Proudly made in the USA with Worry Free Plastics technology, the Vignelli Collection’s new colors embody Heller’s definition of modern design — aesthetically pleasing, unpretentious, and versatile enough for both refined interiors and playful everyday spaces, indoors and out. Vignelli Cube retail starting price is at $375, Vignelli Bench at $800, and the Vignelli Table at $1,650.

About Heller

Heller began in 1971 and from the outset has been known for the true meaning of modern. Their timeless, functional designs are created without ego by some of the world’s greatest architects and designers—Frank Gehry, Massimo & Lella Vignelli, and Mario Bellini to name a few. Heller products have claimed international recognition with design awards from the Compasso d’Oro to NeoCon and are featured in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Made in America, suited for indoors and outdoors, Heller can be found in homes, restaurants, museums and offices around the world. In 2025, Heller partnered with Worry Free Plastics, continuing their exploration of new technologies to create more innovative, sustainable and transparent manufacturing processes. This technology transforms their already recyclable products into a fully regenerative material, completely free of microplastics at end-of-life. As a proud member of Be Original Americas, Heller continues to champion original design and became the first company to work with the Digby Design Authenticator, guaranteeing authenticity of their designs and sustainability for the future.

About Lella & Massimo Vignelli

Internationally celebrated for their contributions to 20th-century modern design, Italian husband-and-wife duo Lella and Massimo Vignelli have left an enduring mark on the American design landscape, with a distinct visual language blending timeless elegance and functionality. Known primarily for their graphic design work—including iconic logos for Ford, Ducati, Knoll, American Airlines (and even Heller)—their diverse portfolio even manifested in everyday objects collected and beloved to this day. The Vignellis said it best: “If you can design one thing, you can design everything.” A perfect example would be the 1964 Max Dinnerware set, Heller’s first product line that would go on to win the Compasso d’Oro award in Italy, which now resides in MoMA’s permanent design collection, and embodies the spirit of their signature design style.

Massimo and Lella Vignelli would continue to create modern pieces for Heller, ushering in new icons like the Vignelli Chair, Bench, and Table. A testament to their functional beauty, their products have continued to seamlessly adapt to the environmental realities of today. As of 2025, all Vignelli products are produced with Heller’s 100% recyclable and regenerative polypropylene material. The same in shape and form, this welcome transformation stays true to the Vignelli’s maxim that design should be “semantically correct, syntactically consistent, pragmatically understandable, visually powerful, intellectually elegant, and timeless.”
