Andaz will now be available in 9 new wood finishes and laminate versions
HBF has updated its widely successful Andaz collection, designed by Strategic Design Advisor Todd Bracher, with brand-new laminate and wood finishes alongside the option to add glides. Andaz was first introduced at NeoCon 2015 as a line of versatile stools and stackable cafe chairs crafted for ultimate customization and individuality.
āAndazās flexible nature and diverse aesthetic resonated with designers in 2015, and following the collectionās continued success, HBF is further expanding the line for enhanced customization,ā explains HBF President Dan Chong. āAndaz is a true staple in the HBF line-up and adding these new finish and glide options will provide designers with even more tailored choices to make any contract setting their own.ā
Andaz was created in response to the casual cafĆ© environment that has been influencing modern contract spaces. Its versatile design works in eating, office, and meeting areas and can easily be moved from place to place. As the Urdu word for āunique style,ā Andaz provides designers with a functional, adaptable piece that works seamlessly within a range of environments and can achieve a wide variety of looks with its myriad of options and finishes.
HBF will now offer 9 new colors to choose from, including a laminate version that will highlight a clear wood substrate around the edges of the top, back and seat. In addition to laminate, a painted wood version (maple) will also be available. New painted wood finishes include: Smoke Opaque, Black Opaque, Denim Opaque, Designer White Opaque, Conifer Opaque, Cameo Opaque, and Cordovan Opaque. New laminate finishes include: Denim, Black, Mist, Smoke, Grey Velvet, Peppercorn, Cordovan, Porcelain, and White. Along with the 2019 finish options, HBF will also offer a glide option for the bases of both the Andaz stools and guest chairs.
