HBF’s Own Artis Design Studio Creates Mid-Century Inspired Collection of Stools
Enpointe draws inspiration from classic beauty Grace Kelly to create an heirloom for the ages
HBF has taken design into its own hands, creating the Enpointe Stool with the brand’s internal Artis Design Studio. Enpointe’s inspiration stems from classic midcentury design as well as icons of classic style, such as the incomparable Grace Kelly.
HBF President Dan Chong notes, “Enpointe’s beauty is in its details: every decision and element of the stool has been thought through to make a piece that is truly unique. Designing the Enpointe collection internally allowed us to mine our design and craft experts to accomplish the HBF summation of a perfect stool that will still have a relevant aesthetic in years to come.”
Enpointe maintains an elegant, dance-like form. Its slender legs extend down in slim points, and its metal accents elevate the stool into an almost sculptural piece. The seat has a slight dip to it for added comfort. The mix-and-match availability of materials allows designers to create a truly customized piece and enriches Enpointe further. Wood marries with metal for a rich look that balances tradition with modernity. Designers can select from Walnut or Ash wood and Black, White, Gray, Bronze, or Polished Chrome for the metal.
