HAT Contract and SiS Ergo Launch Safe Spaces
Curated Office and Home Collections Meet Evolving Workspace Needs
HAT Contract and SiS Ergo, leading workspace ergonomic brands of parent company Innovative Office Products (IOP), today announced the launch of Safe Spaces, a new initiative designed to meet the needs of the evolving workspace environment. Safe Spaces is comprised of two distinct collections: The Office Collection and the Home Collection. Curated from HAT Contract and SiS Ergo’s extensive product offerings, solutions in each collection directly address the elevated need for safety, wellness, human connectivity and productivity. Both the Home and Office product solutions were selected for their quick-delivery, easy set-up, simple cleanabilty and immediate use. The launch marks the beginning of an ongoing effort to meet workplace and home office needs; additional products will be added to each collection frequently.

Safe Spaces: Home offers three different workspace product options: mobile, adaptable or fixed solutions. End-users can choose the best solution for how and where they want to work at home. An example of the mobile option is SiS Ergo’s innovative M Nesting table. An ergonomic sit-stand solution, it comes on wheels and a 90-degree fold-down petal-shaped surface, making it easy to move and stow away. Featuring SiS Ergo’s minimalistic Danish-inspired design aesthetic, it quickly adjusts to a desired height without the use of power. It is available in a white frame finish with white or maple surface options. At-home adaptability is made easy through HAT Contract’s Winston series, a retrofit solution that transforms any desk into an immediate sit-stand workspace. End-users desiring a fixed solution can turn to HAT Contract’s Mid-HAT adjustable base and work surface. Its one-touch electric base creates the optimal ergonomic home office experience. Accessories such as mobile storage, monitor arms and power modules are also available through the Home Collection. More products will be added to the Home Collection soon.
Safe Spaces: Office is defined by flexible products that enable businesses to quickly adapt to the new safety, health and social distancing requirements needed today. The initial launch collection features a variety of dividers that promote health and safety, while also offering privacy and acoustical advantages. Included are HAT Contract’s Mesa Slide Divider, Wrap Divider and Acrylic Divider.
The Mesa Slide Divider with an above-desk height of 24” is lightweight and portable. It can be quickly slipped on or off any desking area, offering privacy or collaboration as needed. The Mesa Wrap Divider provides three protective surfaces that enclose a desk, adding division between individual workspaces. Available in iced gray and charcoal finishes, the Mesa Wrap Divider can be easily clamped to an existing desk or work surface and extends 24” above the surface. Made of PET, both the Slide and Wrap dividers can be easily cleaned. The Mesa Acrylic Divider provides superior protection against contaminates while also offering worker visibility. Easy to clean and sanitize, end-users can select surface or beam-mount options along with multiple heights and widths to suit their needs.
The Office Collection also contains the SiS Ergo M Nesting table. As a mobile, single-user desk, the table is ideal for individual tasking or group collaboration. Its unique, individually-sized flower petal shape design allows for multiple configurations and adaptability. The tables can be easily arranged for training, small-group breakout sessions or larger team meetings. With an option to add a dry-erase white board laminate, the tables instantly become a source for sharing or presenting. Notes taken on the surface top can be flipped 90-degees and the table raised in a presentation mode, when needed.
