Ghent Expands Hex Collection, Creating Functional Artwork

Ghent, a GMi Company, is excited to announce the extension of the award winning Hex line of powder-coated steel whiteboards to include glass, fabric, and an acoustic material. Designed to make common areas uncommon, Hex combines a unique shape with bright colors to add some excitement to an office, conference room or co-working area.

“With all of the aesthetic changes in the workplace but not necessarily the type of work that is being done, we’re constantly being asked to reinvent our products for new uses,” said Scott Bowers, Director of Product. “The Hex extensions are the perfect solution. They are inherently fun and inspire creativity, but with the additional fabric and acoustic options, we can now provide a solution to noise in the workplace.  When combined with the LINK powder-coated steel and glass option, a functional piece of artwork is created to help with collaboration. ”

Ghent’s expertise in glassboards, whiteboards and bulletin boards has transitioned into the development of the hexagonal shape product that adds personality and a unique touch to the typical office or conference room. Match any space combing a variety of options to create a truly unique focal point. Hex is available in choice of 13 standard glass paint colors or utilize our no charge color matching solutions, 7 fabric options or any customer owned material, 7 LINK powder-coated steel colors,  and 7 acoustic color options.

As a previous Best of NeoCon Silver Award winner, the LINK Hex line was designed to be simple, fun, smart, and layered. This multi-functional approach is a modern take on the traditional whiteboard product segment.

“Companies are looking to remodel and refresh their facilities to attract and retain talent. They are investing in their interiors to maintain the best possible workforce they can, which is creating opportunities for new and different ideas from manufacturers,” stated John D’Agostino, Chief Operating Officer. “We’re excited to see our capabilities overlap across all of our products and brands. Our production team is heavily experienced in these skills which will ensure that our customers get a quality, one-of-a-kind product from us.”
