
Gensler has named Rory Carder as the new Director of Workplace for the firm’s Phoenix office.
About Rory:
Rory Carder brings over 20 years of experience to Gensler with a strong background in interior design and business operations. As an award winning and seasoned designer, she has worked on approximately eight million square feet of interior projects and led multiple teams throughout every stage of the design process. Carder was previously President and Managing Director for DAVIS where she helped lead the office’s growth from 12 employees to over 40. She is involved with the Young President’s Organizations (YPO), NAIOP, ULI and has been featured as one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Commercial Real Estate’ in AZ|RE 2014. Serving as Director of Workplace, Carder will be responsible for interior design solutions, design conceptualization, client relationships and operations management.
