BEREBER & FURTIVE PERSAN | PLACES OF THE IMAGINATION
The BEREBER and FURTIVE PERSAN rugs made by GAN, the indoor version of GANDIABLASCO, are inspired by the techniques and designs from far off places which hold a special power of attraction for our society’s collective imagination. These designs lend a fantastical quality to the spaces where they are used recalling tales of the Far East.
BEREBER summon the security and luxurious comforts of the nomadic tribes who travel Northern Africa and their exotic culture. This proposal includes now three size options; 170 x 240cm, 200 x 300cm, and the new 300 x 400cm dimension.
FURTIVE PERSAN, designed by Jean Marie Massaud, conjures a ghostlike recreation of the birthplace of the carpet and western civilization, ancient Mesopotamia and the Persian Empire.
