SENIOR ASSOCIATES (left to right — above)
Sara Davis, AIA, LEED GA, has over 14 years of experience with a wide range of project types, including commercial office towers, mixed used developments, large scale educational projects, and commercial interiors. She is currently a project architect on 3 Hudson Boulevard, a new 1.8 million-square-foot office building on Manhattan’s west side.
Wendi Shafran, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has worked on a variety of project types including hospitality and high-end residential, with a specialty in mixed-use and multi-family residential new construction.
Bill Chalkley, AIA, LEED AP, has over 15 years of design experience varying from multi-family residential buildings and adaptive reuse, to commercial office towers and urban design. His passion lies in the thoughtful making of architecture, and he brings to the practice a wide range of expertise from the development of early concepts to their execution as meticulously crafted details.
Amanda Abel, LEED GA, is a graphic designer with over 13 years of experience working with architects. As the firm’s Graphics Manager, she brings a diverse portfolio of experience in print, digital and environmental graphic design. Amanda manages the firm’s branding, collateral materials and digital marketing campaigns.

Christina Galati, AIA, LEED GA, is a designer in the Cultural/Educational Studio. She is on the project team for the new Columbia University School of Nursing and a new midtown Manhattan Church. In her free time, Christina enjoys entering design competitions that promote transforming the urban environment at the human scale, and serves as the USGBC Emerging Professionals Regional Chair for the New York area.
Ben Abelman, AICP, LEED GA, is an urban designer who focuses on pre-design services and master planning projects. With 10 years of professional experience, he has worked on a diverse set of projects, from analyzing infill development opportunities within public housing super blocks as an urban designer with the New York City Housing Authority to participating on a team in MoMA’s 2010 Rising Currents exhibition.
Teyana Chin, LEED GA, has been at FXFOWLE for thirteen years, and is the firm’s Office Manager.
Michael Cho, AIA, LEED GA, CPHD, is on the project team for 77 Greenwich Street, a new 35-story, mixed-use tower that features retail, educational, and residential programming, and Circa Central Park, an 11-story, mixed-use building in upper Manhattan. Other projects include a new hotel and spa and 31-story, mixed-use office tower, both in Azerbaijan.
Ted Lampa, AIA, LEED AP, has over ten years of experience working on residential, recreational and hospitality projects in New York City and Chicago. He is currently on the project team for 77 Greenwich Street, a new 40-story, mixed use tower in Manhattan’s Financial District. Ted’s previous projects include 888 Boyston Street in Boston and The Greenwich Lane in New York’s West Village.
Eric Galipo, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, brings over a decade of experience in urban design to FXFOWLE. He has guided the development and management for a variety of project types including public space planning, zoning analysis, architectural design, and institutional and campus planning. As an Assistant Adjunct Professor at New York University, he has taught an introductory urban design course to graduate students in public service since 2008.
