Product Description: UMEA waste and recycling containers are one-, two- or three compartments wide, left to right can be placed in single or back-to-back double-width rows; each with selectable universal top insert openings for general and recyclable waste, with corresponding front and side-panel graphics. UMEA has locking front-door access; is offered in choices of three main colors, with four additional accent paint-finish colors, and three 3M™ Di-Noc™ wood-grain vinyl wrap colors; can be fitted with optional angled or flat hoods over receptacle openings, and side-panel graphical cutouts for waste, recycling, or geometric patterns.
Construction & Finishes: UMEA waste/recycling containers are constructed of painted steel. Receptacle bodies for the nine models are available in Sky White, Britebond Silver or Mineral Bronze. Top options are universally recognized square cutouts for “waste,” round cutouts for “recycling” and wide curved-edge slots for paper.
UMEA’s top inserts, flat or angled receptacle hoods and side panels are available in accenting choices of Sky White, Britebond Silver, Mineral Bronze, Marine Blue, Sea Green, Marigold Yellow or Clementine Orange. The new 3M™ Di-Noc™ wood-grain vinyl-wrap finish options which can be applied to UMEA’s side panels and optional hoods include: Weathered Walnut, Weathered Wengue and White Washed Teak.
Seven available graphic icons for UMEA front panels, each available in seven vinyl colors to match the top inserts. Available graphics include icons for disposal of waste, recycling, paper, cans, plastic, glass and organics. . Choices in side-panel graphic cutouts are a waste-can receptacle; the recycling arrows; or geometric patterns in matching or contrasting colors. Custom cut-outs for corporate or university logos are also available.
UMEA single 40-gallon compartment waste receptacles have internal washable, rigid liners, locking front openings, a single top opening and painted side panels. UMEA-10 measures 35 ½” H x 22″ W x 18 ½” D and weighs 72 lbs. UMEA-11 with a flat hood measures 44 ¾” H x 22″ W x 18 ½” D and weighs 96 lbs. UMEA-12 with an angled hood measures 46 ¾” H x 22″ W x 18 ½” D and weighs 101 lbs.
UMEA double 40-gallon compartment waste receptacles have two washable, internal rigid liners; two locking front openings; two top openings; and painted side panels. UMEA-20 measures 35 ½” H x 40″ W x 18 ½” D, and weighs 140 lbs. UMEA-21 with a flat hood measures 44 ¾” H x 40″ W x 18 ½” D, and weighs 164 lbs. UMEA-22 with an angled hood measures 46 ¾” H x 40″ W x 18 ½” D and weighs 169 lbs.
UMEA triple, 40-gallon compartment waste receptacles have three internal rigid liners; three locking front openings; three top openings; and painted side panels. UMEA-30 measures 35 ½” H x 58″ W x 18 ½” D, and weighs 203 lbs. UMEA-31 with a flat hood measures 44 ¾” H x 58″ W x 18 ½” D, and weighs 227 lbs. UMEA-32 with an angled hood measures 46 ¾” H x 58″ W x 18 ½” D, and weighs 232 lbs.
A black non-slip tray-top pad for foodservice trays is an additional option for UMEA 11, 21 and 31 flat hood units.
