D.C.-based, architecture and design firm //3877 is excited to announce the hire of Sam Forman as Architect, which comes as the studio was just chosen as a 2018 Best Places to Work in the Greater Washington Area by the Washington Business Journal and the Best Architecture Firm by Washington City Paper.
Bringing over five years of experience as a licensed architect within the hospitality sector to the firm, Forman is a member of the AIA, LEED AP BD+C accredited and just happens to be joining the //3877 team on the heels of the firm’s busiest year yet. After completing multiple hospitality, residential, and restaurant projects throughout the D.C. area, including Succotash, Slipstream and Mi Vida, the firm is gearing up for several exciting projects debuting across the east coast including the new Marriott in Alpharetta, Georgia.
“I hope to bring a fresh take on design that can benefit the firm and our upcoming projects. The //3877 culture screams ‘creative and cutting edge,’” says Forman about his new position, which will allow him to collaborate closely on exciting new projects with //3877’s renowned principal architects and co-founders, David Shove-Brown and David Tracz.
