Renew Financial

Renew Financial HQ
For the homeowner-focused renewable energy financing company, Dyer Brown has completed an impactful, brand-oriented open office with robust amenities for employees. The 27,000-square-foot project, occupying a full-floor of an Alpharetta, Ga., office building, serves as both call center and Southeast headquarters. Dyer Brown also established design standards for all current and future Renew Financial workplaces, optimizing team retention and operational efficiency for the financial group’s locations across the country.

Emory University Redesigns
Dyer Brown architects and designers are working with to help reorganize multiple departments across three administration buildings at this prestigious university. Working with the school’s Campus Services team to address interior aesthetics and utilization, acoustical concerns, natural light, and mechanical challenges, Dyer Brown’s redesign of 12,000 square feet of Emory facilities are expected to maximize collaborative areas, improve wayfinding to better direct visitors, and support employee productivity and enjoyment by providing a sense of place and greater belonging.

Skyland Trail (Adolescent Treatment Campus)
For this nationally recognized nonprofit organization providing mental health treatment, Dyer Brown partnered with Smith Dalia Architects to design interiors for two buildings on a new adolescent campus in the Atlanta area. The firm renovated 30,000 square feet inside an existing building to accommodate conferencing, clinical staff areas, dining facilities, art, music, fitness, and therapy spaces, and provided interior designs for a new nearby two-story residential building featuring individual living units, shared communal spaces, and lounges. Dyer Brown is also working closely with Skyland Trail to upgrade facilities on other campuses.

Cross-trained in multiple markets including workplace, hospitality, corporate services, and higher education — along with specialized services under their Corporate Services and Asset Design + Support divisions, Dyer Brown’s 50-plus team members continue the firm’s nearly 50-year tradition of innovative experiential design, now available in 50 states.
