Enrollment is Open: Solomon Coyle’s Fall 2025 Project Management Training Equips Teams to Protect Margins and Strengthen Client Relationships

The Solomon Coyle PM Training Program is designed to help furniture dealerships and installation companies tackle one of their most persistent and costly issues: margin erosion due to inconsistent or inefficient project management.

Over the course of five weeks, participants will engage in a rigorous and practical curriculum that covers every critical aspect of project management in the furniture industry. Delivered through a combination of live, instructor-led sessions and self-paced learning modules via Microsoft Teams, the program is designed to fit into busy professional schedules while still offering robust, hands-on guidance.

Beyond technical skills, the program emphasizes the strategic role that project management can play in strengthening client relationships and driving business growth. Participants learn how project management itself can be positioned as a valuable service offering — one that sets their distributorship apart in a competitive marketplace. By viewing project management as a profit center rather than a cost center, organizations can transform what is often seen as a back-office function into a key revenue driver and brand differentiator.

This program is available to staff at Allsteel, Haworth, Kimball Int’l, MillerKnoll, Steelcase, and Teknion distributors. We also offer the course to non-aligned commercial furniture distributors and installers as well.

Enrollment for the Fall 2025 session is now open. Solomon Coyle encourages early registration to secure a spot and start the journey toward higher performance and profitability.
