Empire Office Hires Gabrielle Rubin Deveaux as Director of Project Management and Client Relationships

Deveaux will join the team for newly launched Blueprint by Empire Office

Deveaux joins Empire Office after four years as Senior Director, Global Real Estate & Facilities at Buzzfeed.

Deveaux’s responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities for Blueprint and working closely with clients to advise on and manage their projects from start to finish. Having been on the end-user side her entire career, Deveaux will be a true asset to clients as she helps them navigate their way through office refreshes, modernization projects, sublease aesthetic upticks, and day 2 workplace alterations. Blueprint by Empire Office provides turnkey build-out solutions for clients by having a range of resources under one entity through a single point of contact.

Known for having her finger on the pulse of groundbreaking software and technology in the commercial real estate world, Deveaux serves as an advisor to up and coming starts-ups and is often invited to speak at many industry events and forums including Metropolis magazine’s State of Design: Where We Work and Bisnow’s Office Leasing, Development and Investment event. She founded and chairs the Workplace Innovations SIG (Special Interest Group) within Corenet, an industry-focused forum designed for members to convene over topics of interests. Her work has been recognized and published by American Builders Quarterly, Built In NY and IFMA, to name a few.
