Peter Gaslow, President and CEO of Empire Office, Inc. (www.empireoffice.com), a leading provider of contract furniture solutions, today announces Erica Cain and Elizabeth Irizarry have joined Empire Office in business development and sales leadership roles.
Erica, who was previously with Empire as Director of Customer Experience, has rejoined the company in a new role where she will work alongside the executive management team in New York as Director of Sales. Elizabeth has assumed a new position at the company’s Hollywood, FL location, Director of Strategic Partnerships. She will work closely with regional leadership to strengthen relationships with key partners in the South Florida area.
Based in New York, Erica Cain will be focused on leading new business efforts within the NYC-Metro area, leveraging her wealth of knowledge servicing the commercial furniture industry for over 13 years. Most recently, Erica has been a key part of growing and leading sales teams at international manufacturers and will apply that experience to her new role at Empire. Erica will have direct oversight on the new business development team and will help bring in new opportunities while forging close relationships with key industry partners. She is a member of the IIDA New York Chapter, Pioneering Design Committee.
Based in Miami, Elizabeth Irizarry will be focused on forming close relationships throughout the local business, design, real estate and construction industries in South Florida. Having previously worked on both the dealer and manufacturing sides, Elizabeth has extensive experience in strategic sales, product positioning, contract negotiations, change management and network development. She has also served on the IIDA South Florida board for over five years and is actively involved in many design and construction organizations throughout the tri-county area.
