EDspaces 2026 Call for Presentations: Help Shape the Future of Learning Environments

Turn Your Expertise into Impact at EDspaces 2026

EDspaces brings together education, design, and innovation —turning ideas into real-world learning environments. We’re now accepting presentation proposals for EDspaces 2026, taking place October 28–30 in Kansas City, MO.

Each year, EDspaces convenes architects, designers, educators, facility leaders, operations and facilities teams, and industry partners to explore how the built environment influences learning outcomes, safety, wellness, performance, and community. In 2026, we’re focused on sessions that are actionable, evidence-based, and grounded in real projects — while also exploring emerging ideas shaping what’s next for learning environments.

Presenters help shape the conversation with education leaders and peers influencing current and future learning environments.

Who Should Consider Submitting

If you’re exploring ideas that push learning environments forward — whether through built work, research, pilot programs, or emerging thinking — we want to hear from you.

If your work challenges assumptions, connects disciplines, or reframes how space supports learning, safety, performance and wellbeing, your perspective belongs at EDspaces.

What Makes a Strong Submission

The strongest proposals combine real-world grounding with forward-looking insight. We’re especially interested in sessions that don’t just share what worked — but explore what’s next.
-Case studies that reveal outcomes and lessons learned
-Research translated into practical application — or used to challenge current norms
-Cross-disciplinary collaboration that sparks new ways of thinking
-Emerging ideas, pilots, or trends shaping the future of learning environments

Submission Deadline
March 31, 2026.
