The new VP role will be responsible for developing relationships with mechanical representatives, overseeing product development, curating training content and strategies for sales teams, and maintaining a high level of service operations. Galen joins the Duravit team with previous general management experience and years of manufacturing knowledge.
Duravit USA has enhanced its salesforce with the addition of Galen Stump as Vice President Technical Sales & Service. Galen will use his leadership experience in general management and years of manufacturing knowledge to train service teams and advance product communication.

Galen was previously in sales & business development at Duravit before expanding into the European manufacturing market as a General Manager. He joins Duravit with extensive product knowledge, technical training experience, and tactical sales strategy. In his role, he will promote relationships with mechanical representatives, build a solid rapport between sales and service, and oversee new product development. On the management end, Galen will establish service networks, curate training content for Duravit USA’s sales teams, and maintain a high level of service operation.
Galen will be based out of Duravit USA’s headquarters in Duluth, GA.
