Duravit USA Expands Team with Technical + Customer Service Experts

In 2015, Duravit USA’s team continues to experience positive growth with the addition of three positions aimed at broadening customer support nationwide. Longtime Duravit team member Michelle Yanko will now act as National Projects Coordinator, while new hires Rebecca Frank and Michael Ventimiglia will join the company’s US headquarters in Georgia as Customer Service Manager and Technical Specialist, respectively.

Michelle Yanko will be utilizing her extensive experience in the design industry to coordinate and support communication across divisions as the National Projects Coordinator. Initiatives will focus on contract and international specifications, as well as architectural, interior, and mechanical trades. She has been with Duravit for more than seven years, first joining the company’s customer service department in spring of 2008.

Rebecca Frank will be joining Duravit USA as Customer Service Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the customer service and design industries, Rebecca brings both efficiency and problem-solving know-how to the table. She will be responsible for managing customer service initiatives and strategies, while also optimizing the function of the customer service department to increase sales.

Lastly, Michael Ventimiglia will act as Duravit’s newest Technical Specialist. Applying his 20+ years of vast knowledge, he will assist Duravit’s trade partners and customers with technical questions and warranties, as well as craft product support documents and train customer service staff.
