Duravit Expands DuraStyle Series with Tall Cabinets
Duravit is extending its distinct DuraStyle bathroom series with additional furniture. Designed by Matteo Thun and first released in 2013, DuraStyle complements both residential and commercial environments with the slim profile of its ceramics and minimal geometry of its furniture. Thanks to its success on the market, Duravit is incorporating a range of roomy tall cabinets in new sizes. With these items, the company is also highlighting a bi-color option into the mix for the more daring designer who wants to use two different finishes in one piece.
Duravit USA President Tim Schroeder explains, “The expansion of the popular DuraStyle series is our direct response to its enthusiastic reception by the market. We are always listening, and we remain dedicated to our customers’ needs – as such, we’re happy to extend the application possibilities of this diverse collection.”
DuraStyle’s furniture is instantly recognizable for its formal simplicity. Sleek, tall cabinets provide a clean, unobtrusive look that stays in keeping with DuraStyle’s aesthetic. With four or five glass shelves, the cabinets provide generous storage and are available in 11 different furniture finishes, as well as the bi-color option. The bi-color finish lets users mix and match their favorite options for a custom DuraStyle piece, combining White and Terra bases with other colors for a fresh look.
Duravit will further complement the DuraStyle line in fall 2016 with the release of additional wall-hung vanities and compact furniture washbasins.
