DeskMakers Announces New Western Region Sales Director Hire
Missy Cross will represent DeskMakers in the Western States
Deskmakers, one of the leading office furniture manufacturers on the West Coast, announced that it has named Missy Cross as its Western Region Sales Director. “Missy comes to us with extensive experience on both the manufacturer and dealer side of the office furniture industry,” says Phil Polishook, President and CEO of DeskMakers. “We are thrilled to have her joining us.”
Cross will work closely with Polishook and Rick Wooldridge, DeskMakers’ Midwest and East Director of Sales to oversee DeskMakers’ sales efforts in the western half of the United States and Canada. With several new products launching in the months to come, Cross joins DeskMakers at a pivotal time. “I’m excited about joining DeskMakers because I think it’s a great company with a lot of flexibility that you don’t find elsewhere,” Cross said. “This is a great opportunity for me to use my background and work directly with the reps to grow brand awareness in the Western territory.”
Before joining the DeskMakers team, Cross worked as a Western Territory Area Manager for Via Seating. Prior to Via, Cross held sales manager positions with Herman Miller, OfficeMax, BKM, and Kimball. Her depth of knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in assisting DeskMakers achieve greater recognition in the Western territories.
