Dash Expands Multi-Purpose Stacking Offering from 9to5 Seating

Innovative features make Dash an option for a variety of spaces

With the rise in popularity of flexible workspaces, 9to5 Seating is launching Dash, a multi-purpose chair with designed-in ergonomics to serve a variety of users during long or multi-shift workdays. Dash was created to serve the changing needs of the marketplace. Today’s collaborative workspaces demand seating that can support needs that shift over the day.

Collaborative workspaces demand a different kind of seating beyond the traditional multi-purpose model. The new Dash answers that need because it is engineered to support exactly that. It is a single solution for the growing change-over needs of today’s work environment.

Dash features design elements that are not common in multi-purpose chairs. The flex back supports wellbeing with multiple flex zones for comfort for every user. The waterfall edge allows for healthy circulation, and the perforated back delivers breathability.

Dash is customizable so that it can fit various use and spacing needs. Bases include four-leg or sled in two frame finishes, or with glides or casters. Models also include bar or task stools, with arms or without. Dash is customizable in all-plastic in 12 colors or with an upholstered seat.

“We’re committed to meeting the market need for versatile multi-purpose chairs,” said Dara Mir, President and CEO of 9to5 Seating. “Dash adds to our stacking chair collections like the recently launched Vox.”

Dash models are backed by 9to5 Seating’s limited lifetime warranty and have achieved BIFMA LEVEL 1 and GREENGUARD GOLD certifications.  Dash chairs are built with 60% recycled material.
