CREW San Francisco, Page & Turnbull’s Kocherovsky Tapped as President

In recognition of her commitment to advancing women in real estate, Lada Kocherovsky, AIA, has been elevated to the president of CREW San Francisco, where she will take on the mission of promoting environmental and social governance (ESG) through her role.

A long-time member of the San Francisco CREW chapter and a past board member, Kocherovsky is a principal at Page & Turnbull, a majority-women-owned firm known nationally for architecture, design, planning and preservation. As president of CREW SF, Kocherovsky will focus on working alongside chapter leaders during 2021 in realization of their mission of developing and advancing women as leaders in the commercial real estate industry.

“We have proudly made environmental and social governance our priority, focusing on principles of responsible investment, sustainability and climate change in the built community, as well as opportunities to address social concerns including diversity, equity and inclusion,” says Kocherovsky.

A chapter of CREW Network, CREW San Francisco provides members with direct access to 12,000 commercial real estate professionals in more than 75 major global markets. The organization is dedicated to changing gender trends and closing the parity gap in business by supporting women in real estate and providing resources and opportunities to connect, influence and lead.

Noted for her ability to lead innovative works of new architecture in existing structures and settings, Kocherovsky excels in creating communicative and integrated teams, with powerful results. Her projects with Page & Turnbull have included the Martial Cottle Park Visitor Center in San Jose, the Social Hall and Crocker Dining Hall at Asilomar State Park in Pacific Grove, Calif., and the $110 million Walt Disney Family Museum in the Presidio of San Francisco.
