Corgan today announces the relocation of its Washington, D.C. office to 17xM, a premier office destination in downtown D.C.

Since establishing its Washington presence in 2024, Corgan has expanded its regional footprint through a strategic acquisition of D.C.-based FOX Architects in April 2026, which significantly expanded the firm’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and created one of the region’s most comprehensive architecture and design practices. The new studio at 1700 M Street, NW reflects that momentum while providing a collaborative workplace.

Designed by Corgan, the new office draws inspiration from the city’s architectural character and the natural landscapes of the surrounding region, creating a space that embodies the firm’s design philosophy while serving as a hub for its growing D.C.-area team.

Ranked as the No. 4 architecture firm in the U.S., Corgan works within sectors including aviation & transportation, campus, cultural, data centers, education, government, health, hospitality & retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office, and workplace.
