KnollTextiles says ‘Bonjour’ to 2018 with a Paris inspired hospitality focused collection. Bonjour includes 4 upholsteries, a wide width blackout drapery and 2 woven wallcoverings.
Bold, graphic and architectural, pattern Arrondissement led the Parisian thought for the collection. The design embroidered on Arrondissement resembles a map outlining the 20 neighborhoods or ‘Arrondissements’ of Paris. Textural Seurat suggests the pointillist aesthetic of the upholstery’s namesake, post-Impressionist painter Georges-Pierre Seurat. Oh La La is a 100% polyester velvet in 14 colors with a ‘tres chic’ dry hand at only $27/yard. The combination of allover organic pattern on a neutral ground plus performance has been a winning combination for Woodland since it first launched in 2016. The popular upholstery is now available in 6 new colors for a total of 14.
Bon Nuit is KnollTextiles’ first true 3-pass blackout drapery. What makes Bon Nuit so special is the beautiful sueded finish and superior drape-ability. This wide width drapery is inherently flame resistant and IMO certified. Bon Nuit is stocked in 15 standard colors with additional colors available for a 1 yard minimum order. For added je ne sais quoi, Bon Nuit may be digitally printed with any pattern or color through KnollTextiles’ Customs Department.
Grand Boulevard and Arena are the 2 woven wallcoverings in the Bonjour Collection. Grand Boulevard has a unique striated horse hair-like appearance while Arena is a classic woven with performance built in. Both Grand Boulevard and Arena are suitable for direct glue and wrapped panel application.

Seurat
Named after the French post-Impressionist painter Georges-Pierre Seurat, Seurat evokes his pointillist aesthetic. This tri-colored textural upholstery has a mixture of thick and thin novelty yarn in the warp giving Seurat dimension and depth, while the warp set up allows for clarity of color. The wool/cotton blend creates a dry hand.

Woven with space dyed yarns on different sized cones on a planted warp, Grand Boulevard has allover texture and variation throughout. Subtle vertical striations create a horsehair-like appearance. The specialized warp set up on Grand Boulevard makes it a truly unique offering in the market. The palette is a restrained mix of warm and cool neutrals with earthy saturated options. About KnollTextiles
KnollTextiles is currently under the creative direction of Dorothy Cosonas, who combines clean, clear color with modern, elegant patterns and textures. In 2005 Cosonas was named the 11th Creative Director of KnollTextiles. Her inaugural collection won a Best of NeoCon Gold award – her first of 7 along with 6 Silver awards for Knoll. In 2008, she founded Knoll Luxe as the fashion forward luxury component of KnollTextiles where she has contributed her own work along with collaborating fashion designers such as Proenza Schouler, Rodarte and Maria Cornejo.
