Bold colors, lush botanicals, and playful animals abound in Hot House

Revisiting the past to inspire the future, Wolf-Gordon has meticulously updated four iconic designs from its archives with the debut of Hot House. Joining previous Out of the Archive introductions, these fresh takes on vintage motifs capture the beauty of nature with bold botanical and floral patterns. Each design is available in three distinctive colorways on digitally printed wallcovering.

Pattern Highlights

Alegria: A modern interpretation of a tropical pattern, Alegria deconstructs botanical prints into fundamental forms, lines, and geometric shapes. These abstracted ash, beech, and olive leaves create a lively backdrop, ideal for hospitality or retail interiors. Alegria is printed on a linen-textured Type II wallcovering and is available in three diverse colorways: warm and earthy “Terracotta,” muted green/gray/mauve “Mauvish,” and fresh blue, green, and beige “Spring.”

Macondo: Leopards lounge and monkeys swing on branches while snakes peer out from among the tropical leaves in whimsical Macondo, a pattern that adds a wild flair to any space, whether featured on a single wall or an entire room. Printed on a linen-textured substrate, Macondo is offered in predominantly green, gray, and gold tones with three unique background colors: perky pink “Flamingo,” laid-back “Almond,” and optimistic “Sky” blue.

Rana: With densely packed foliage and curious wildlife rendered in a semi-realistic, hand-drawn style, Rana evokes the feel of old treasure maps or nature journals. This adventurous design is a match for those looking to infuse a bit of jungle into their interiors. Rana is printed on a linen-textured substrate and comes in three colorways: antique-looking “Linen,” classic black and white “Graphite,” and soft colors contrasted against a sharp gray background in “Overcast.”

Sunda: Layers of bold, flat colors reminiscent of silk-screened wallpaper give this modern take on a tropical botanical pattern dimension. Splayed palm fronds and banana leaves transform a room into a cheerful sanctuary and give an exotic vibe on a feature wall. Sunda’s three colorways include rich olive/coral/gold “Dawn,” deep greens on beige “Parrot,” and blue-grounded “Lagoon,” printed on a soft linen texture.
