Beth Ralston joins Henricksen as Architectural Product Specialist

Beth will help grow Henricksen’s Architectural Solutions practice in the Illinois and Wisconsin regions

Beth Ralston joins Henricksen as an Architectural Product Specialist. Beth brings expertise in architecture and project management for large-scale, corporate and education projects to Henricksen. Beth will focus on growing the Henricksen Architectural Solutions group’s presence in Illinois and Wisconsin regions.

With 14 years in architecture and commercial real estate, Beth understands both the construction process and the priorities that influence stakeholders. “As the Architectural Project Specialist, I will serve as an advocate, expert, and partner who helps clients, general contractors, and the real estate community better understand how modular architectural solutions add value – in quality, flexibility, shorten construction schedules, and the overall bottom line.” Ralston added “I’m thrilled to join the Henricksen family. Beth joins Henricksen from CBRE where she served as Senior Project Manager. At CBRE, she was responsible for leading teams through all project phases – from strategic planning, design, construction, furniture selection, and occupancy. Her significant projects include McDonald’s Corporate Headquarters, Mars Wrigley Global HQ, and Motorola Solutions Global Headquarters. In recognition of her outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, goal-oriented mentality, and commitment to mitigating risks and accelerating client savings, Beth was the recipient of the prestigious CBRE Global PJM Star Awards 2019 (1 of 20 chosen globally). Beth began her career as an architect at FGM Architects specializing in K12 and higher education environments.

Beth passion for building things began in her youth. Her father owned a community hardware store where she worked and first learned how different parts and piece fit together when engineering a built solution. Later, she went on to study architecture at University of Illinois, Champaign and received a BS in Architecture Studies. In addition to her professional and academic accomplishments, Beth has supported various charitable organization including Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build Week, CBRE Cares, and Glass Slipper. She lives in Chicago with her husband and their dog, Champ.
