ASID Launches Succession Strategies Workshop

Succession Strategies: What Comes Next? is a transformative workshop ideal for firm owners and potential successors concerned with the future achievement and leadership of their firms. Created by Lisa Henry, FASID, Allied AIA and Suzan Globus, FASID, LEED AP ID+C of Greenway Group, attendees will explore the options and challenges associated with firm ownership and succession from the perspectives of both the firm owner and the prospective successor. Attendees will leave the workshop equipped with the skills needed to make transition as seamless as possible. Succession Strategies is on the road this fall – register for an event in your area.
