March is B Corp Month, a time to celebrate businesses that are committed to driving positive change for a better future. Armadillo, a global leader in sustainable and ethically made rugs, is proud to mark this occasion by expanding its philanthropic efforts.
In 2021, Armadillo became the first Australian and American rug brand to earn B Corp certification, which recognizes companies meeting the highest standards of social and environmental performance. In 2024, the company recertified within the top 5 of the worldwide furniture category, underscoring its commitment to people and the planet.
Steadfast in its belief that there is always room for positive momentum, no matter the state of the world, Armadillo is leading the way to a better future by partnering with two new charitable organizations hand-selected by their team – Grades of Green in the United States and Studio A in Australia.
“Expanding our philanthropic remit to 10 organizations is a natural extension of our core values. By partnering with organizations that align with our mission of making a meaningful difference, we are ensuring that our impact extends far beyond our products and into the communities that need it most,” says Armadillo Head of Purpose, Alarna Rose.

Grades of Green works tirelessly to inspire young people to become sustainability advocates. Their programs equip students with the skills, resources and leadership opportunities they need to solve the environmental challenges of today. Armadillo is proud to sponsor the Garden Project at the Bennett/Kew Leadership Academy of Excellence in Inglewood, California – an initiative that empowers students to design, plant and care for a sustainable garden, fostering a sense of environmental stewardship.

Studio A fosters a more inclusive and diverse arts culture by offering talented artists with intellectual disabilities pathways to education, career opportunities and a platform to make their voices heard in contemporary Australian culture. Armadillo is honored to sponsor the New Creative Leaders Project, which creates educational resources for primary school students. These resources challenge limiting perceptions of people with intellectual disabilities and promote greater inclusivity in the arts.
By supporting these organizations, Armadillo is not only investing in the future of young minds and promising artists but also reinforcing its commitment to a more just, inclusive and sustainable world in line with the B Corp spirit.
