Anne Fletcher to Lead HOK’s Los Angeles Office

HOK has named Anne Fletcher, AIALEED AP, managing principal of its Los Angeles office. Fletcher will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the practice. Fletcher, who has been a senior project manager in HOK’s New York office since 2014, will begin this new role on Nov. 27. She also has been promoted to senior vice president and appointed to HOK’s board of directors.

While based in New York, Fletcher led teams for many significant projects, including the LaGuardia Airport Master Plan, a new mixed-use tower on the Upper East Side and the repositioning of a Class A office tower in Times Square. She brings more than two decades of experience in the design and real estate industries to Los Angeles.

Fletcher holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and Bachelor of Arts from Washington University and is a registered architect in New York. She is active in the Urban Land Institute on the national Urban Development Mixed-Use Council (UDMUC-Red), and also chairs the Mixed-Use Council of the organization’s New York chapter. In addition, she is a member of WX Women Executives in Real Estate and served on the board of Women in Housing & Finance.
