Andreu World – international brand specializing in design furniture and equipment solutions for workspaces, contract, home and outdoor – has recently received a Red Dot award for the best brand communication.
In a multi-day process, the 24 members of the jury of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 evaluated the communication and creative works presented by agencies, designers and companies from 50 participating countries. Andreu World has been one of the winners this year for the best communication. The judges awarded a Red Dot to the Stories project, highlighting its high design quality and creativity. In particular, the jury of Red Dot has awarded the publication “Stories 1 and 2″, two graphic documents that want to go one step beyond our products and, through them, talk about culture, architecture and design with those that we identify.
“With Stories we want to express through a selection of our designs, the values that we have been building for more than 60 years in a stimulating and fresh way, serving as a source of inspiration. These pages are intended to demonstrate the love of wood, detail, work well done, and at the same time design together with technical progress, innovation and finally our relationship with the world around us..”
Red Dot Award CEO and Founder Peter Zec comments: “I am delighted that companies around the world have re-used the Red Dot Award: Communication Design as an evaluation platform. It is important to submit your achievements to the scrutiny I would like to congratulate the Red Dot winners for the high quality of their work, the award attesting to the fact that they are following the correct design strategy.
The Red Dot: Communication Design Award 2017 will take place on October 27th. During the Red Dot Gala at the Konzerthaus in Berlin, the winners of the Red Dot: Best of the Best and Red Dot: Grand Prix will receive their trophies, including Stories.
Andreu World’s award-winning project will also be presented in the 2017/2018 International Yearbook Communication Design Yearbook, which will be published on November 14, 2017 and will document the best communication and design work of the year.
