Minimalist Design Meets Flexible Comfort
AIS, a leading manufacturer of commercial office furniture, today announced the release of Roya™, a new seating solution that blends elegance, comfort, and ergonomic performance for modern workplaces.
Inspired by the graceful movement of a ribbon in the air, Roya’s sleek silhouette and continuous flowing lines bring a sense of lightness to any environment—from the open plan to collaborative spaces and conference rooms. Designed by Stefano Sanona and Sabrina Bettini, Roya combines minimalist aesthetics with adaptive comfort.
Roya’s self-supporting mesh seat and back contour to the body’s natural curves, while its flexible spine allows users to recline with ease. Standard features include pneumatic height adjustment, tilt with lock, integrated arms, and lightweight frame options in black or white. Unique hollow casters and four mesh color options—black, grey, teal, and white—expand design possibilities.

“Roya is about balance—between aesthetics and performance, simplicity and comfort,” said designers Sanona and Bettini. “It’s a chair that feels as graceful as it looks.”
“AIS is excited to introduce Roya, a contemporary seating solution designed to inspire today’s workspaces. Combining innovative design with a competitive price point, Roya delivers the trusted quality and value that customers expect from AIS.” said Brian Trego, senior vice president of product line management.
Roya is available through the AIS Express Program, shipping in three days.
