Acclaimed workplace expert Kimberly Sacramone joins JLL

Industry veteran will leverage global platform to support clients in New Jersey and beyond

JLL announced today that Kimberly Sacramone has joined the New Jersey brokerage team as a Senior Vice President and will leverage the firm’s extensive global service platform to support corporate clients in navigating their space. She will be based in the Parsippany office.

With a client-centered approach that prioritizes listening first to understand each client’s unique situation, Sacramone brings over 30 years of industry experience to JLL. Her expertise lies in crafting tailored solutions that not only meet the specific needs of each client but also align with sustainable practices and carbon emission reduction. Sacramone’s distinguished career is marked by her exceptional ability in designing corporate headquarters and adapting to evolving workplace environments, ensuring that every solution is as individual as the client it serves.

Prior to joining JLL, Sacramone served as Principal and Managing Director of HLW New Jersey, a venture she established in 2014. Under her leadership, the New Jersey office quickly rose to prominence, becoming a leader in the state’s market for planning, architecture and design. Sacramone’s portfolio includes work with eminent clients such as UPS, Everest RE, Eisai, Kering, Samsung, BCG, Panasonic, Brown Brothers Harriman, Cognizant, Kyowa Kirin and Pfizer.

Sacramone, a Drexel University alumna, is a licensed real estate professional in New Jersey. She is a distinguished member of CHIEF and holds certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional and Fitwel Ambassador. Her professional excellence has been recognized with accolades such as “50 Women in Business”, “Emerging Business of the Year”, and inclusion in “Best Places to Work”. Beyond her career achievements, Sacramone has dedicated over a decade to community involvement, notably with the United Way of Northern NJ and Women’s United, underscoring her commitment to impactful community service.
