January 21st: 6:30 PM: IIDA NY Retail Forum Meetup
Come hang with us at Brooklyn’s Space Ninety 8! Attendees will discuss current design trends within the retail landscape, while enjoying an inspirational environment: a shared five-story space that combines retail, galleries, a rooftop bar, gathering space, and an ever-evolving pop-up roster curated for the community.
March 15th: 6:00-9:00 PM: Residential Forum: Modern Makers – Artisans on Fleek
Come take a look at the burgeoning artisanal design scene in New York at the next Residential Forum.
April 11th: 6:00-9:00 PM: Pioneering Design
IIDA NY’s Annual Pioneering Design Lecture Series is back! Now in its 18th year, the highly anticipated series returns, bringing the New York design community together with the industry’s most inspirational leaders and innovators. More details to be announced soon!
May 9th: 6:00-9:00 PM: Pioneering Design
The second session in IIDA NY’s Annual Pioneering Design Lecture Series. More details to be announced soon!
May 11th: 6:00-9:00 PM: Design Exchange Round Table Event during NYCxDESIGN Week
DEX challenges designers of all trades to step outside their respective boxes by connecting and combining non-obvious ideas and objects that explore the many creative approaches that connect all design disciplines. At this round table event, we will host 150 established designers of various disciplines, providing food and drink, and lively conversation for a few hours.
May 19th: 7:00-10:30 AM: IIDA Leaders Breakfast NY 2016
On May 19th, IIDA NY is hosting one of its biggest and well-respected events of year, the Annual Leaders Breakfast. This year, the breakfast will recognize a member who has made a significant impact on the design industry. More details to be announced soon!
