Francis Cauffman Healthcare Division Appoints Zlatka Lennihan as Senior Associate and Beverley Spencer as Senior Interior Designer
Award-winning international architecture firm Francis Cauffman announced two new hires in its healthcare division. Zlatka Lennihan, AIA, LEED AP, has been appointed Senior Associate / Senior Project Manager. Beverley Spencer, CID, LEED AP, EDAC, CDT is coming on board as a Senior Interior Designer.

 Zlatka Lennihan, AIA, LEED AP
Lennihan is an architect with over twenty yearsâ experience representing both the design team and the ownerâs interests in the delivery of leading edge facilities. Lennihanâs completed work includes both new buildings and repurposed facilities at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, the Bronx Psychiatric Center, the Harlem Hospital, Yale-New Haven Hospital and the Feinstein Institute at North Shore Long Island Jewish Health Systems. Her ambulatory care experience includes new buildings at New York Hospital Queens, at the Queens Hospital Center, and several projects at both Weill Cornell Medical College and NYU-Langone Medical Center.
She was an International Research Fellow in Urban Studies at Johns Hopkins University, and a member of the United States Green Building Council. Lennihan has a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Zagreb, and is licensed in New York.
Beverley Spencer, CID, LEED AP, EDAC, CDT
Spencer, who comes to Francis Cauffman with 15 years of experience in healthcare design, is proficient in all phases of development from initial concept to completion. Her deep knowledge of building codes and accessibility requirements is complemented by strong presentation skills.
Her past clients include George Washington University, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering, New York University Langone Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Technology, is licensed in New York, and is an MFA Thesis Student Mentor for the New York School of Interior Design.
