3form SVP of Sales Elected to IIDA’s International Board of Directors

Jennifer Ruckel

Leading materials manufacturer 3form proudly announces Senior Vice President of Sales Jennifer Ruckel’s appointment to IIDA’s International Board of Directors. She joined 3form in 2010 as a Materials Consultant in Denver, Colorado, and has since grown to take on 3form’s Architecture and Design, Dealer Partnerships, National Account, and International sales channels. With decades of experience in tile, lighting, office furniture sales and interior design, Ruckel brings her unique perspective from both areas of the commercial design world to her new role as IIDA International’s Vice President. A passionate advocate for diversity and environmentalism, Ruckel looks forward to addressing these critical issues with her fellow board members and uplifting up-and-coming design leaders.

“IIDA is full of young, bright, dynamic individuals and I thoroughly enjoy their energy,” says Ruckel. “I’m optimistic about the future because of emerging designers and their commitment to sustainability. This generation is creating organizations, pressuring political leaders and the private sector to take action. It’s thrilling to participate in the journey of future leaders.”

Ruckel recognizes that IIDA is not only a resource for accreditation, legislation, and networking, but it’s also a driver for change. By expanding on IIDA’s existing equality initiatives, she hopes to work with the board to create plans of action that diversify voices and skill sets within the industry. Drawing from her experience with 3form’s Align sustainability program, Ruckel also brings a deep understanding of manufacturer accountability and material transparency to the role.

“With people spending the vast majority of their time indoors, IIDA has a unique opportunity to impact the health and productivity of our population in addition to the sustainability of our facilities,” she says.

Ruckel was inaugurated to IIDA’s International Board of Directors on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at IIDA’s Annual Meeting in Chicago, along with the organization’s new president, Angie Lee, FIIDA, and other board members, including Stacey Crumbaker, IIDA, and Mike Johnson II, IIDA. She will continue her role with IIDA for the 2022-2023 term.
