3form Releases the 2026 Color Collection

The Sustainable Solutions Leader Elevates Material Selection with a Curated 8-Color Palette of Historically Significant Hues

3form, a leader in sustainable materials and design-driven surfaces, unveils its 2026 Color Collection, a curated 8-color palette that visually connects with each other and also bridges together global heritage. Available in Glass, Chroma, and the brand’s flagship material, Varia, the collection imbues confidence in designers to put deep and rich hues found in early modernism at the forefront of projects.

“This collection of colors is an amalgamation of hues we’ve seen surpass trends throughout time,” explains Ryan Smith, Chief Creative Officer at 3form. “These colors pay homage to what we’ve seen shared through global exploration and the trade of natural pigments and spices, colors that never cease to connect cultures and traditions.”

Color that Connects: Origin Hues Deep-Rooting in History

Each hue in the 2026 Color Collection was selected for its prominence throughout history. With a guiding motif, “Color that Connects,” the 2026 Color Collection is combating the industry’s sensory deficit in favor of a return to colors that have grounded the human psyche for centuries. The palette of eight iconic hues are even stronger together than they are apart. It demonstrates how colors that have been passed through tradition and time, are still widely relevant, adaptable and unifying in modern design.

Inspiration for this year’s palette came from exploring the pigments used to make certain colors, and how they traveled throughout the world over time. Today, artists and designers are able to make proprietary, sophisticated colors that originate from this very deep-rooted historical perspective. The eight colorways include: Cabernet (a berry wine-inspired red), Spice (a saturated amber-orange), Sienna (a warm, earthy terracotta), Safflower (a yellow/golden), Peach, Sprig (a muted green), Indigo (a deep yet muted blue), Russet (a rich, earthy amber-brown).

A Color Palette of Global Exploration

Color is one of the primary contributors to the final emotion and aesthetics of the built environment. While the selection for the 2026 Color Collection embraces bolder versions of well-known colors, the grouping is intentionally of eight timeless, familiar hues. They are versatile and offer a sense of calm; a feeling society continues to seek and gravitate toward in public and commercial spaces. The human connection component of this collection is crucial, as it suggests we find comfort in colors we’ve seen incorporated globally—in architecture and fashion—for years.

Available in Varia, Glass, and Chroma—all backed by Red List Free and SCS Indoor Air Advantage Gold certification—the new colors are ideal for application across industries, including hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and workplace. Each material enhances the different shades:

Varia panels come in 48″ x 96″ and 48″ x 120″ with gauge options of 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ with a standard sandstone finish on the front and back, making perfect interior floor-to-ceiling partitions, half walls, room dividers, doors, and ceiling and wall features.

Laminated 3form Glass panels are cut to size with gauge options ranging from 3/8” to 1″ and are available in Low-Iron or Clear Float finishes. These panels are ideal for partitions, room dividers, and decorative wall features.

Chroma panels come in 48″ x 96″ and 48″ x 120″ sizes, with gauge options of 1/2″, 1”, and 2” with a vellum finish. Chroma is perfect for backlit applications such as reception desks, lightboxes, and walls and is also well-suited for surfaces like bartops, shelves, and tabletops.

The 2026 Color Collection marks 3form’s sixth color collection. It not only showcases hues that are meaningful in the context of architecture, but it offers designers an emotionally-charged selection of colors that subconsciously emit a peaceful and grounded energy within any environment.

Through this collection, 3form continues to perpetuate how important it is for the architectural design industry to have colors that stand beautifully on their own, are compatible with each other, and consistently work with the other materials in a project.
