Libby Hampton

Joining //3877 as a Senior Innovator, Libby brings over 10 years of experience in interior architecture, establishing her thorough understanding of hospitality design with a special focus on restaurants and bars. After receiving her B.S. in Interior Design from Appalachian State University and her Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, Libby honed her project management and technical expertise as a project designer. Most notably, she led the expansion of Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar with 15 new-builds and five renovation projects. At //3877, she is most looking forward to working on local projects where she can directly impact her community.

Amanda Phillips

Amanda joins the team as an innovator, working in interior architecture while supporting designers with drawings, code questions, and detailing. She brings her passion for designing new spaces for the community to the firm with over five years of experience across multi-family, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining //3877, Amanda was the lead designer for an interior office build-out, realizing the project from schematic through construction. In addition to her hands-on experience, Amanda studied architecture at Virginia Tech. She is most excited to delve into hospitality design and work alongside the interiors team from the onset in her new role at //3877.

Melissa Morreale

Melissa brings a breadth of experience across residential, multifamily, and restaurant design to her new role as senior collaborator with the interior design team. She discovered a passion for interior design at a young age through creative outlets and a love for HGTV. After studying interior design at Marymount University, Melissa began her career in luxury furniture. She eventually transitioned from residential to restaurant design and hasn’t looked back. Melissa is looking forward to collaborating with the spirited team at //3877, exploring innovation through design, and exploring the hotel industry. Passionate about the value of a community, she also plays an active role as Marketing Director for the District Design Collaborative, a Washington D.C.-based organization that brings designers together for networking and community-building.

Built on a culture of collaboration and creativity, the //3877 team continues to make strides in defining impact-driven, partnership-based projects. Equipped with a likeminded team grounded in innovation, the firm looks towards the future of the industry in 2025 and beyond.
