FXFOWLE is excited to announce that 3 Hudson Boulevard has broken ground. Setting new standards for urban, commercial developments, the 53-story tower is uniquely positioned as an anchor to the emerging Hudson Yards District and the revitalization of Manhattan’s West Side. The tower’s form brings a timeless presence to Manhattan’s skyline, along with extraordinary and unobstructed 360-degree views. State-of the-art office planning coupled with sustainable design practices creates the ideal workplace environment. Crowned atop 3 Hudson Boulevard is the potential for a duplex rooftop entertainment space, outdoor terrace and sky garden.

“The groundbreaking of 3 Hudson Boulevard is another significant step in developing the Hudson Yards District and attracting new businesses and investments to the Far West Side of Manhattan,” said New York State Governor Andrew M. Cuomo.

“The Hudson Yards District is transforming right before our very eyes,” said Joseph Moinian, Chief Executive Officer of The Moinian Group and 3 Hudson Boulevard Developer. “We are passionate about New York, and hope our Class A office tower — envisioned at the highest levels of excellence both for today and far into the future — will come to be synonymous with the City itself, and the pinnacle of modern design.”

The 40,000-square-foot tower office floors include spans of 40 feet or more and 15 feet in height allowing for 10 foot clear ceiling heights, five-foot window modules and column-free corners for dramatic open spaces and spectacular views. The floor-to-ceiling glass maximizes views and provides natural light throughout.

3 Hudson Boulevard is scheduled for completion in 2021.
