Official Rules: iPad Giveaway Sweepstakes 

  1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by OI Publications (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. 

  1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate. 

Void where prohibited by law. 

  1. Promotion Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). 

  1. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter: 

  • Standard Entry
    Participants who subscribe to the publication during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. 
  • Bonus Entry
    Participants may receive one (1) additional bonus entry by scanning the official QR code located in the Education Pavilion by INDEAL during the Promotion Period. 
  • Entry Limit
    Each individual is eligible for a maximum of two (2) total entries: one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry. 

No other methods of entry will be accepted. 

  1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. 

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an iPad (approximate retail value: $350). 

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

  1. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. 

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about Wednesday, July 1, 2026. 

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. 

  1. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. 

  1. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Apple Inc., and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize. 

  1. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. 

  1. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
