IIDA NY Rochester to Host Interactive Session on Balancing Time and Energy

Facilitator, Coach, and Organizational Change Expert Dr. Suzanne M. Piotrowski Will Share Practical Strategies to Boost Energy, Focus, and Well-Being

The International Interior Design Association’s New York Chapter (IIDA NY) is thrilled to present The Power of Presence: Winning the Time v. Energy Battle. Join us on Thursday, November 13th, from 5:30 to 8:00 PM at Badfish Consulting LLC (274 North Goodman Street, Rochester, NY 14607) for an engaging session that will guide attendees through strategies to manage energy, not just time, for enhanced well-being, focus, and impact led by Dr. Suzanne Piotrowski of BadFish Consulting, a consulting firm based in Rochester.
Dr. Piotrowski is a facilitator, coach, and organizational change agent with over 30 years of consulting and coaching experience across a variety of industries. Founder and principal of BadFish Consulting, she partners with aspiring global leaders and entrepreneurs to develop leadership and organizational practices that are both sustainable and adaptable. Known for her dynamic and creative facilitation style, Dr. Piotrowski designs individual and group development experiences that spark innovative thinking, challenge entrenched mindsets, and cultivate healthy, high-performing teams.
Her clients span diverse sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations. These experiences include work with Rochester Top 100 and Fortune 100 companies, many of which have received national and global recognition, such as #1 Great Places to Work, Top 100 Global Innovator, and even being featured as a “Modern Marvel” on the eponymous show.
In addition to her consulting work, Dr. Piotrowski serves as adjunct faculty at Rochester Institute of Technology, sits on the committee for TEDx Rochester. She is a dedicated community volunteer and holds several key leadership and advisory roles, including Trustee of the Organization Development Network, Chair of the Management Advisory Board at Saunders College of Business at RIT, and member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee for St. John Fisher School of Business. She has also served on the Consultant Advisory Board of Consulting Psychologists Press and is an active member of the Organizational Development Network, the OD Institute, ARNOVA, the Organization Design Forum, the National Institute for Play, and the International Association of Facilitators.
