HOK just released an in-depth exploratory report of the tech sector, “HOK Forward: Tech Workplace Takes Center Stage.” The report is a fantastic snapshot of a segment that has its handprints on every other sector and almost every person on the planet. We spoke to Kay Sargent, director of WorkPlace at HOK, about the tech industry’s challenges, and the ethos behind how HOK puts together its findings for each report. The firm’s Workplace group has produced reports on the financial, defense and insurance industries, and now the tech sector.
