Designing Offices During the Great Resignation

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs in 2021 in what is called “The Great Resignation.” We know from the pandemic that the workplace environment has a significant effect on employee health and happiness. Companies are looking for innovative ways to reimagine the work environment by creating more inclusive and engaging spaces, where people can connect with one another and feel more valued by their employers.
