A Circular Architecture: ‘Building D(emountable)’ by cepezed

This week, we direct your attention to a project from the Netherlands – a modern, sustainable, fully demountable structure in the Dutch city of Delft that has our gears turning. The structure, located on the site of a historic, monumental building complex, is owned by cepezed, an agency with expertise in the design the development and the realization of buildings. The project is a real-life example of circular architecture and design at work, and leaves the mind to wonder what the future holds. Creative Cluster “cepezed acquired the complex with former laboratories from Delft University of Technology in 2012. It transformed the monumental buildings into a creative cluster with housing for various companies in the creative sector, including the office itself.
